Please allow up to three days for processing. Sales orders are processed in the order of which they are received. All orders are shipped UPS ground.
Express shipping is available, please contact web-sales at 216-292-2825 to arrange faster shipping.

All items listed on our website are assumed to be in stock.
In rare events, products may sell out before they are able to be removed from our online inventory. You will be contacted either by e-mail or phone to make you aware, at which time we may offer a similar product or refund your purchase.
Online Return Policy
You have 10 days from receipt of purchase to return a product for a full refund. You are responsible for return shipping. In the event of a return, you MUST possess and return all packaging, USB cords, memory cards, batteries, chargers, blank warranty cards. If any of these items are missing, you may incur a minimum 20% restocking fee. Dodd Camera reserves the right to refuse any return, exchange, or upgrade at our discretion.
Upgrades and exchanges
If you decide that you would like to exchange your purchase you have 30 days to do so. You are responsible for the return shipping charges incurred.
In the event of a defective product, Dodd Camera will issue a return authorization to exchange the product for you. You have up to 30 days to claim and return a defective product. Defective gear returned after 30 days will be sent to the manufacturer for repair.
