Online Sales Policy

Sales:  Please allow up to three days for processing.  Sales orders are processed in the order of which they are received.  All orders are shipped UPS ground.

Package Sales: Web-Sales has the ability to customize a sale to your needs. Please feel free to contact our web-sales department online at estore@doddcamera.com or call 216-292-2825, ask for Brad.

All items listed on our website are assumed to be in stock. In rare events, products may sell out before they are able to be removed from our online inventory. You will be contacted either by e-mail or phone to make you aware, at which time we may offer a similar product or refund your purchase.

Online Return Policy

Return: As a client of Dodd Camera/ Click Camera’s you will have a full 10 days from receipt of purchase to return a product for a full refund. You are responsible for return shipping on a return. In the event of a return, you MUST possess and return all packaging, USB cords, memory cards, batteries, chargers, unfilled warranty cards. If any of these items are missing, you may incur a minimum 20% restocking fee. Dodd Camera/ Click Camera reserves the right to refuse your return, exchange, or upgrade at its discretion.

Upgrades: If you decide that you would like to upgrade to the next level, we grant you a full 30 days to exchange the product. In the event of a upgraded exchange, you are responsible for the return shipping charges incurred.

Defectives: In the event of a defective product, Dodd Camera/Click Camera will issue a return authorization to exchange the product for you. You have up to 30 days to claim and return a defective product after which your product will be submitted to the manufacturer for warranty work.
