- All orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified at time of purchase. Any order that is elligible for our "Free Shipping" promotion will be shipped via UPS Ground.

- Returns & Replacements
- All orders come with a 10 day return policy and a 30 day exchange policy. You are responsible for return shipping. All returns and exchanges must include original packaging, as well as all items that were originally included with the product that you wish to return (cables, batteries, chargers, blank warranty cards, etc.). If any items are missing, or the product is determined to be in a condition other than new, a 20% restocking fee may be incurred. Dodd Camera is reserving the right to refuse any return, exchange, or upgrade at our discretion. All shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
