The ProMaster 5521 heavy duty flex arm is an all-purpose helping-hand for a photographer while shooting. And it can handle a heavier load than ProMaster's 5514 'standard' flex arm. It connects to a variety of clamps, tripods, and other grip items so you can hold and maneuver a light, flash, reflector, monitor, or other accessory to aid in your photography and videography.
