Action X has always been Shimoda’s more action sports and outdoor adventure focused bags, and the new Action X v2 has been updated with new features and sizes. The series now includes a compact 25L size, a larger 40L size that is deep enough to fit a Nikon Z9 and Canon R3, and an updated X70 HD that is more robust to handle extreme outdoor conditions while carrying large cinema camera systems or supertelephoto lenses like a 600mm 4.0.

New 25L Size

The new 25 liter size includes the Small Mirrorless Core Unit, and it's a very compact carry solution, yet with the added benefit of Action X's 7 liter expandable rolltop.

New 40L Size

The 40L is the smallest Action X bag that will fit our optional Large DSLR Core Unit, which means this bag will fit gripped mirrorless or DSLR bodies like the Nikon Z9 and Canon R3, and it will fit lenses as long as the Sony 200-600mm.

Heavy Duty X70 Size

The X70 HD has been reinforced throughout to better handle very large camera systems in extreme outdoor conditions.

Dual Laptop Sleeves

In addition to the existing rear laptop pocket, we have also added minimal padding to the front pocket so that it can be used as quick storage for a laptop, especially a larger size laptop than will fit in the rear sleeve.

Included Rain Cover

All Action X packs now include a rain cover.

Luggage Handle Pass-Through

Side handle is now large enough to slide over the extending handle of a rolling luggage case for secure piggy-back travel through an airport.
